About us

The Nail Spa Eastvale Keeps Coming Back To

We are a full service nail and spa studio on Schleisman Road, built around two things: work that holds up, and a room calm enough that you actually want to sit in it.

Our story

Built for the Hour You Get to Yourself

Herbal Nails & Spa opened in Eastvale with a simple complaint in mind. Most nail salons are loud, the chairs face a television nobody asked for, and you leave feeling like you ran an errand rather than took a break.

So we built the opposite. White walls, marble underfoot, real wood furniture and no background noise you have to talk over. You can bring a book or your headphones and nobody will make it awkward.

What has kept people coming back, though, is not the decor. It is that the work lasts. A gel set that still looks right on day twelve. A pedicure where the callus work actually got done. Brows shaped to your face instead of a stencil.

We are a neighborhood salon, not a chain. The same technicians are here week to week, which means they remember what you had last time and what you told them not to do again.

What we stand on

Four Things We Will Not Cut

None of this is complicated. It is the stuff that is easy to skip when a salon gets busy, and we do not skip it.

Sterilization, every chair

Pouched implements opened at your station. Files, buffers and pedicure liners thrown out after every client, not wiped and reused.

The same faces

Our technicians stay. That continuity is why your set looks the same in March as it did in January, and why nobody has to re-explain their preferences.

A straight answer

If the length you want will snap by Thursday, or a design will not read at that size, you hear it before we start rather than after you have paid.

Your time back

Appointments are paced so the person before you is not still in the chair. Walk-ins welcome, but a booking is how you get the exact slot you wanted.

Hygiene

What Happens Between Every Client

This is the part nobody wants to ask about, so here it is in writing. Nothing below is optional or reserved for busy days.

  • Metal tools are cleaned, then sterilizedThey go back into sealed pouches that are opened in front of you at your station.
  • Files, buffers and mats are single useThey go in the bin when your appointment ends. Nothing porous gets reused on another person.
  • Pedicure bowls get disposable linersNew liner every time, plus a wipe down of the chair and footrest.
  • Stations are reset, not just tidiedSurfaces, lamps and armrests are cleaned between clients rather than at the end of the day.
  • We turn work away when we shouldSuspected fungal infection, an open wound or an ingrown nail needs a doctor, and we will say so.

Who You'll Be Sitting With

Ask for anyone by name when you call. If they are booked, we will tell you honestly rather than putting you with whoever is free and hoping for the best.

L

Leslie

Nails and facial waxing

Manicures, pedicures and brow work, often in the same appointment. Clients book her for seasonal designs and then keep coming back for the waxing.

T

Tracy

Nail art and enhancements

The one to ask for when you have a screenshot saved. Freehand detail, chrome and full sets that hold their shape past the two week mark.

L

Lisa

Pedicures

Will recommend the pedicure you actually need rather than the most expensive one on the menu, which is why people take her advice.

H

Hani

Manager

Runs the floor and the schedule. If something is not right with your service, Hani is the person to tell, and it gets sorted the same visit where possible.

Who we see

Eastvale and the Streets Around It

We are a few minutes off the 15 on Schleisman Road, so most of our regulars come from Eastvale itself. Plenty drive in from the surrounding cities because the parking is easy and there is no structure to circle.

Things People Ask On a First Visit

Yes, and we would rather you did. Ask by name when you call and we will book around their schedule. If they are fully booked that day we will say so instead of quietly assigning someone else.

Two things, honestly. The room is quiet, with no television and no shouting across the floor. And the technicians stay, so the person doing your nails in June is the one who did them in February and remembers what you asked for.

Not at all, most of our appointments are one person. Bring headphones and read or zone out if you want to. Nobody will push conversation on you, and nobody will find it strange.

Yes. Same menu, same prices, and a buff finish instead of colour if that is what you want. It is a normal booking here, not an occasion.

Tell us before we start and we will note it on your record so it carries into future visits. We can skip scented products, change the soak or work around a specific ingredient. If a reaction is severe, see a doctor first and come back after.

Call the front desk on (951) 432-7344 to check current gift card options and what they cover. It is the fastest way to get a straight answer before a birthday or a holiday.
